More serious problem like depression will come into the picture if you still don’t manage your persistence weight problem properly.
There are several reasons why people are overweight. Reasons like hormonal imbalance,low metabolism,eating disorder,lack of exercise are some of the causes but two of the major causes is lack of exercising and unhealthy eating habits.

If you dislike running, then I suggest you walk fast because your body will burn about the same amount of calories per session just like those people who jog.
