
As this is my first post for this blog,I want to share with you guys personally how I lost 30 lbs in 4 weeks. In about 3 months, I lost about 13 kgs altogether. Since then, my weight is hovering between 70 to 73 kgs.
The society we live in today is conscious about their weight and self image. Most of us would like to look like Beyonce or even Brad Pitt. It is very important that we can be in the best shape of our life if we believe and have faith in our-self. It is not impossible to look good about one self and take charge of our lifestyle. If you have a beautiful body, not only you will be able to flaunt your body but also help boosting confidence level.
Majority of the people today is seriously overweight due to bad eating habit and living a stressful lifestyle. If your weight problem is not manage and taken care of, you will have a mental breakdown and will drain your confidence level. More serious problem like depression will come into the picture if you still don’t manage your persistence weight problem properly.
There are several reasons why people are overweight. Reasons like hormonal imbalance,low metabolism,eating disorder,lack of exercise are some of the causes but two of the major causes is lack of exercising and unhealthy eating habits.
If you want to lose weight fast,you must change your eating habits and exercise regularly. It is easy and fun if you treat losing weight as part of your daily routine.
Here are some tips on how to lose weight fast and easy which will net you amazing results almost GUARANTEED:
- If you love regular soda, change your regular soda to diet soda. It will help you to burn more calories.
- Drink at least 10 glasses of spring water a day because water cleanses your internal organs and helps your body to burn some calories.
- Try to cut down your fat and junk food intake. Don’t cut your fat and junk food intake altogether because it will take the fun out while you losing weight.
- Eat more fruits than fruit juice. Eat whole banana,apple,orange will make you fuller than you take juice. It will also help you burn more calories.
- Take a green apple a day for a prefer choice of fruit because green apple contain pectin,high mineral content and malic acid which is good for normalizing the intestines. An apple a day keep the doctor away. I am sure you have heard this phrase before.

- Don’t take heavy meals daily. Small intake of between 6 to 9 small meals a day to make your body fuller. It will help you to burn more calories.
- For exercise, I suggest you go for jogging thrice a week. Invest in yourself a good pair of jogging shoes to avoid long term injury to your foot. Due to my heltic lifestyle and long working hour on weekdays, I run once a week over the weekend and I’m burning about three thousand calories per session. If you dislike running, then I suggest you walk fast because your body will burn about the same amount of calories per session just like those people who jog.

- For another form of exercise, try out the fun DDR (Dance Dance Revolution). DDR is great for all ages who love to dance and at the same time, burn lots of calories. I did my research and find that a heavy session with DDR will help your body burn up to two thousand calories.
- Skip watching TV for half and hour and go for a walk instead. If not, then finish your domestic chores.
Good eating habits,stay fit, live a positive life that god give us. I assure you that if you want to lose weight fast, apply some of the tips here and you will see rapid weight loss.
